Where to get TTCN-3 help?

Sorry, not an issue as such but I don't know where else to ask... I have many questions about TTCN-3. I am relatively new to it. I cant seem to find any active forum or place where I can go to ask general language questions. Sometimes I just cant find answers in the documents or standards.

Things like "How can a component tell it has been externally asked to stop so it can send a shutdown message before it stops?"
