[#210] Add the postfix ".feature" to the ID of features

  • rename feature projects and folders but keep feature id
  • merge org.eclipse.team.svn.ui-feature.capabilities into org.eclipse.team.svn.feature
  • normalize Provider to Eclipse Subversive
  • normalize names for bundles and features
