No more decorator in Package or Project explorer

Summary

I've recently upgraded my Eclipse version to 2023-09 and now if I change a file locally there is no more decorator indicating the change in my package explorer.

I suspect a similar cause as in #229 (closed) but I can't isolate the stacktrace.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Eclipse 2023-09, Subversive SVN Team Provider 4.8.0 and the SVNKit 1.10.x Implementation according to instructions at https://www.eclipse.org/subversive/installation-instructions.php
2. Check out a project from an SVN repository
3. Make some changes
4. Note that no indicator of any kind appears on the modified files/projects

Expected change

Modified files should be tagged with appropriate decorator in the view.

Affected versions

• Eclipse Version: 2023-09 at least but probably also 2023-03
• Subversive Version: 4.8.0
• Subversive Connector Version: 6.0.4
