Paths used in installation guide and tutorial require elevated privileges

When installing openPASS to /usr/local/OpenPASS/bin/core (as recommended in the installation guide), root permissions will be required when running opSimulation directly in the installation folder. The guide should be revised, addressing these circumstance.
