Add FindRelativeLanePoseDistanceFrom in query service interface

Add function **FindRelativeLanePoseDistanceFrom **in the service interface. This function returns the calculated Pose aparted with a distance from a reference point and placed in a relative lane with defined lateral offset. Files modified:
