Integrate model 1.10.0.1

As a follow up to the MRs in model & toolboxmodel, this PR integrates the new data model 1.10.0.1 into the main application.

I've marked some spots as TODO(1.10.0.1), mostly regarding integration views, which should be handled in a future task.
