Automate retrieval of some yaml files

It would be great to have yaml files automatically retrieved and updated from their origin. As an example, the yaml for the french public ospos has been updated already.

We need to discuss if this makes sense, i.e. are there other sources that we'd need to update? What is the frequency of source updates? e.g. isn't it better if people, occasionally, submit a MR?
