[CICD] Integration of docker image production and publication in the Gitlab CICD
The project is not integrated in the GitLab CICD Eclipse infrastructure.
The current docker file needs to be updated, and the related artifacts need to be created.
As a result of abusive and unreasonable anonymous traffic patterns, we're now requiring authentication to access some GitLab pages and content. We will investigate further to determine if these changes are permanent or temporary.
