[ModelExplorer] Usual keyboard shortcuts missing, e.g. delete, F2, Ctrl-C, Ctrl-X, Ctrl-V, no multi-selection with the shift key

The model explorer does not support the typical keyboard shortcuts. A selected element cannot be renamed via F2, deleted via delete or cut (Ctrl-X). It cannot be copied with Ctrl-C or pasted with Ctrl-V. Another usual functionality is that a range of elements can be selected by selecting the first element and pressing the shift key while selecting the 2nd one.
