Details view scrollbar different behavior between versions 2025.4.0 and 2025.1.7-SNAPSHOT

The scrollbar of the details view changed behavior in version 2025.4.0.

It adds a scrollbar at the bottom of the view if there are multiple tabs that do not fit in the view, such as "UML, Include, Comments, Profile, Advanced".

Below there is a screenshot of a newly created C++ project.

In previous version 2025.1.7-SNAPSHOT, there is no scrollbar, but an arrow in the right side of the labels ("UML, Include, Comments, Profile >"). Below a screenshot of a similar C++ newly created project.
