[Clean] Remove the class org.eclipse.papyrus.web.application.configuration.SelfResolvingAdapterEditingContextConfigurer

Once Sirius-Web fixed the issue https://github.com/eclipse-sirius/sirius-web/issues/1863, we should be able to remove the class org.eclipse.papyrus.web.application.configuration.SelfResolvingAdapterEditingContextConfigurer.
