[Table] Bad table default name from Studio

from #MR65, with an Empty data base on a fresh installation

Step to reproduce:

1. Create a new Studio project, The UML Table Comment is well named UML Table Comment Studio, as expected

   

2. Create a new UML project, right click on the root element Model, then 'new Representation'

   

We get 2 'UML Comment Table' instead of getting 'UML Comment Table' and 'UML Comment Table Studio'.
