Confusing UI : UML Empty Project VS Blank Project

The Upload of a UML profile works fine with UML Empty Project and Blank Project. These two kind of project allow to Publish the Profile, but only the UML Empty Project allows to create new Diagram.

It took me time to understand my mistake. We should improve these UI to avoid such mistakes for the final user.
