[ActivityDiagram] The Hide action behavior must be improved on DecisionNode

This issue is linked to #129 (closed).

The Hide tool must not be available on the Note and on the Link showing the DecisionNode#decisionInput value.

The Hide tool must hide, the Link and the Note in the same time, when the user Hide the DecisionNode.
