[Profile] Management of the profiles must be improved

• The application of a Profile should also apply the sub-profiles as done on Papyrus Desktop
• A dialog should be used instead of a Combo box to show to the user the available profiles and display the profiles and their subprofiles
• We should provide a mechanism to unpublish a profile on the server
• we shoudl define the lifecycle of the profile (creation/modification/update/versioning
