[Profile] Improve the profile managment

Several points should be improved:

1. if we import several time the same profile in a given resource -> which expected behavior ?
2. if we import several time the same profile in several project, the profile is defined several time -> problaby an error
3. the name of the profile should be unique in the instance of the server and it is not yet done.
