New Diagram context menu is empty, missing diagram in template

The "New Diagram" context menu is empty for the Robotics architecture context. This behavior is caused by an exception in the Papyrus architecture framework. This is even more problematic, since the template for service definition misses a separate diagram for data type definitions.
