Remove the quick format actions

This issue is linked to org.eclipse.papyrus-desktop#30 (closed).

In Papyrus-Desktop we decided to remove these actions from the modelExplorer:

org.eclipse.papyrus.infra.ui.menu.commands.QuickFormattingRemoveSpaceCommand

We must report these changes in the Model2Doc project
