Create a new plugin providing the libraries used to manipulate docx documents

We want to provide the jar libraries used to manipulate the docx document in a specific plugin.

The purpose of this issue is to extract them from org.eclipse.papyrus.model2doc.docx into a new plugin org.eclipse.papyrus.model2doc.docx.lib
