[Sequence][Sirius] Strange Move when the wanted move is forbidden
Tested with Asynchronous Message and Gates provided by the merge Request !68 (merged)
Here, a gif with the strange behavior.
When the Message and the Gate can't move upper, the CombinedFragment moves lower
This model can be used to reproduce this behavior.
