Migrate NatTable and Nebula dependencies

The purpose of this task is to update :

• the NatTable dependency from 1.5 to 2.5
• the nebula dependency from 1.2 to the latest available version (1.5)
  • we use org.eclipse.nebula.widgets.richtext
