Test job is failing

Missing requirement: org.eclipse.papyrus.sirius.uml.diagram.statemachine.tests 7.0.0.qualifier requires 'osgi.bundle; org.eclipse.papyrus.sirius.junit.utils [7.0.0,8.0.0)' but it could not be found

The Tests job is based on toolsmiths artifacts and should find org.eclipse.papyrus.sirius.junit.utils in them but it is not.

We decide to do :

1. deactivate org.eclipse.papyrus.sirius.tests.bundles.feature
2. deactivate sequence (GMF) diagram tests
3. add a preference to be able to ignore a pop-up (since the editor is dirty on the opening)
