- Remove license copy (epl-v10.html) from features and adapt build.properties accordingly
- Remove license copy (about.html) from plugins and adapt build.properties accordingly
- Migrate license to EPL2.0 in plugin.properties, UI preferences and top-Level license file
- Remove license copy in releng/toolkit
- Added dummy source targets to some plugins (maven bug)
