SysML 1.6. properties (e.g. ID and text) is invisible

with both versions of Papyrus (Papyrus 2024-06 and 2025-06), we have the problem only on Windows 11: When we create a new SysML project and create a new Requirements Diagram, the SysML property tab stays invisible (see the attached screenshot). Unfortunately, the fields id and text could not be set. Under Linux, everything works, and with the same procedure, the SysML property tab is visible.
