Loading scenery failed - "Object reference not set to an instance of an object"

I am trying to run the AFDM_TJunction example given in the Configurations. The opSimulation runs and deposits the simulation_output.xml. When I try to run the opVisualizer, it gives me the error referenced above. I am attaching the files I use to run the visualizer.
