Review Merge request MR!72

The MR !72 (merged) contains the following improvements for opGUI:

1. Integration of the opSimulationManager functionalities, which were previously implemented in opSimulation and have been removed from its repository
2. Various bug fixes
3. CI for Linux (https://ci.eclipse.org/openpass/job/openpass%20-%20opGUI/view/change-requests/job/MR-72/)
4. New functionality: visualize and edit content of ProfilesCatalog.xml files in the PRE window. This feature remains a test feature for the moment.

This opGUI version is compatible with opSimulation 1.2
