Enable GUI binaries to be also packed by Jenkins

Currently the gui is build but not packed by jenkins to the binarie package. In this issue this shall be fixed

@dfix As Michael don't work for openPASS topics anymore, I am assigning it to you Dmitri. Also I know that you are currently not involved in openPASS developments maybe you know the latest status. Is this topic resolved in release v0.9 or can this be postponed?

@tduongquang I have just checked the Jenkins artifacts. The only missing binaries are:

• \platforms\qminimal.dll
• \platforms\qwindows.dll

These DLLs are part of the Qt framework. They need to be copied from the Qt installation folder to the target directory. I think any other developer also could take over this task...
