Stale FmuWrapper/SspWrapper temp files

FmuWrapper (or SspWrapper) have or had a bug regarding stale temp files in Windows filesystem root directory. Might also be related to the associated unit or integration tests. See eclipsefdn/helpdesk#4396 (comment 2083634).

1. We have to verify this is fixed
2. The filesystems on the windows build agents have to be cleaned up

There were still some temporary directories on both of the windows build agent. These temporary directories are removed.
