Stale FmuWrapper/SspWrapper temp files

FmuWrapper (or SspWrapper) have or had a bug regarding stale temp files in Windows filesystem root directory. Might also be related to the associated unit or integration tests. See eclipsefdn/helpdesk#4396 (comment 2083634).

1. We have to verify this is fixed
2. The filesystems on the windows build agents have to be cleaned up
