Missing Sphinx Documentation of the Post Crash Collision

Currently there is no Sphinx documentation of the Post Crash Collision calculations. The implementation logic should be documented as well as the logged parameters.

I agree, we need to move this content from the Doxygen documentation to Sphinx.

There is actually two topics related to the Post Crash from PCM we need to incorporate into the Sphinx docu:

1. the geometric calculation of crash configuration parameters in terms of the impact angles (see Wagström et al. ESV paper)
2. the physical impact model interpreting the interaction of the vehicles, providing delta-v estimation and post crash dynamic.

Further missing content:

• component docu of "PCM two-track model" (covering 2)
• System config of PCM Agent in depth
• further components of PCM Agent
• output of ObservationLog (covering 1)

@jdobberstein Thanks for your reply. Would you please create issues for the further missing content you mentioned above, so that we can better track them?
