Documentation of published simulation values

• Various components are publishing simulation values to the DataStore (via a PublisherInterface)
• These values are read by a Observer and written to a simulationOutput.xml file
• There is no overview of which component is in charge of which value
• Such an overview should maybe be automatically generated
