Installed UserSettings.ini is not up-to-date

When installing User-Data using the CLI tool (gtgen_cli -i), the "UserSettings.ini" file in the "GTGEN_DATA" directory is not up-to-date. Instead of using the version from ExampleData, it installs the outdated version from the TestFolder.
