Using gt-gen-simulator to output .osi file

Hi team,

I would like to use gt-gen-core as a reference implementation to create .osi output files according to specification. I see that the writer supports it correctly, but I am missing the instructions to specify an output file. I would like to use gt-gen-simulation to run the scenarios of ALKS [1] and Euro NCAP [2] and store the resulting trace files. I am using the files to package them into a MCAP we are currently specifying for ASAM OSI officially and then use the trace files for regression testing in the open-source Lichtblick ASAM OSI Converter which is a further development of Foxglove Studio.
