Add missing hiviewdfx libraries to openharmony-standard 3.0 build

Following libraries are missing:

• libhiviewbase.z.so
• libhicollie.z.so
• libhitrace.so

Those should be present in out/ohos-arm-release/packages/phone/system and installed in the openaharmony-standard_3.0 package files.
