Build `openharmony-standard` for `MACHINE=raspberrypi4-64`

Until now openharmony-standard was only build for 32b ARM architecture. Therefore issues are expected when building for 64b.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
