Add gitee mirror for access from outside of China

OpenHarmony Gitee repositories have clones on github but they are not always up-to-date.

We need a source mirror somewhere outside of China to put bitbake source archive files to speed up fetch jobs. It would be like the one we have (located in China) for Huawei engineers to access git repositories from within China (http://114.116.235.68/source-mirror/).
