Investigate porting of web applications as webview inside F-OH

• porting of Element Matrix web client in a webview (https://github.com/element-hq/element-web) -> Element desktop client is not suitable for mobile display sizes
• investigate web apps available in ubuntu store and how can they be ported to Oniro
• investigate other web apps and which are suitable and best for porting to Oniro
