Setup a dashboard to show progress in compliance activity

• Extract information from Fossology through a .json file suitable for the dashboard
• Setup a manually updated dashboard at sca.software.bz.it
• Create a pipeline to automated generation of the .json file and update of the dashboard at the latest status
