add option for custom temp dir

aliensrc_creator uses temp dirs to fetch and package git repos and other stuff. Such temp dirs may be many and big (aliensrc_creator uses multiprocessing) so in order to avoid running out of space, one should be allowed to choose an appropriate directory/volume
