Add a new filter to remove binary packages from the json output. The filter is called `--with-binaries` and the value of it are the hierarchical tags of binary packages. The filter hierarchy is like this `--with-binaries=project/release/distro/machine/image` It is possible to have more than one filter per harvest command... use it inside a single `--with-binaries` parameter and separate each string with a space.
