yoctobuilder: do not hardcode flavour dirname and oe-init-build-env dir path

Both for retro-compatibility with older project versions and for compatibility with possibly different future versions, flavour dirname and oe-init-build-env dir path should not be hardcoded in yoctobuilder, and set in the .yml file instead
