Document changes in the doorlock blueprint

The doorlock code has been changes:

• changed to class implementation in C++
• added new input devices: coap, shell, keypad
• added dummy locks which require just Arduino Nano: led_doorlock and led_rot_doorlock, for testing purposes.

New sections ought to be documented.
