doorlock has be refactored to add coap but we're not build it yet I observed regression to build C++ app using bitbake

Zephyr still depends on gcc-cross-arm-11.3.0-r0 Did I miss some changes ? we're using openembedded-core toolchain and not meta-oniro-staging gcc-12 ...
