Bug 469774 - [otdre] issues with binding inheritance

3 tests org.eclipse.objectteams.otdt.tests.otjld.regression.DevelopmentExamples.testX11_bindingInheritance1*() are still failing under OTDRE.

-12 and -13 say: "a super-call bypasses a callin binding"

-14 says: "a callin to a private base method does not affect the unrelated version in a sub-base (reported by Oliver Frank)"
