Bug 469773 - [otdre] NPE in _OT$callReplace - callin binding has a result mapping

Test org.eclipse.objectteams.otdt.tests.otjld.regression.ReportedBugs.testB11_ju1() still fails under OTDRE.

Other than the result mapping I see nothing fancy - wait, when removing the result mapping we get a ResultNotProvidedException!
