Bug 469771 - [otdre] base-call in callin-intercepted callin method fails to invoke the bottom base method

Test org.eclipse.objectteams.otdt.tests.otjld.regression.ReportedBugs.testB11_sh42() still fails under OTDRE.

In a callin-to-callin situation both callin methods are properly executed, but the original base method is not executed.
