Bug 469762 - [otdre] implicit team activation sticks when exception is thrown

Test org.eclipse.objectteams.otdt.tests.otjld.teamactivation.ImplicitTeamActivation.test531b_callinInvocationInTeamMethod() still fails under OTDRE.

It seems that the exception in the team method bypasses resetting of implicit activation.
