Export data: extend ATFX files for NVH data

Description

When exporting data from the shopping basket to an ATFX file, and these data originate from a source that contains NVH data, this ATFX file should be built according to ASAM ODS NVH Data Model.

At the moment (5.0) when generating such an ATFX file, very probably the data will be incomplete and lack essential annotation that is required to even interpret, view and process them correctly.
This is also required for compatibility with OpenMDM 4, because in OpenMDM 4, the NVH data model is taken into account.
