As preparation for the EU Cyber Resilience Act, we should add the generation of an SBOM to each Eclipse LSAT release. This should be fairly straightforward by following the Maven instructions as provided by the Eclipse Security Handbook; https://eclipse-csi.github.io/security-handbook/sbom/tooling.html .
