These provide access to things like the current FPS as well as the
ability to set the timestep programmatically (akin to calling
setText(String) on a Text widget).

I also updated the test code to both test this new functionality and
improve existing tests to not break so easily.

Giving the build a little more lenience when dealing with some of the
SWT tests (there are notifications).

Fixed an import where the viz.service.visit.test bundle would not
compile due to requirements from a dependency.
