The ParaView tutorial now explains how to form a remote connection with
the updated interface.

The Geometry Editor tutorial has been updated to include the new camera
controls.

The pom was trying to resolve tycho-repo.url, but the variable was
actually stored as maven-repo.url, preventing the plugins from being
resolved.

cause the view to deselect anything selected and close all nodes in its
trees.

I refactored the ItemProcessor so that it now implements an
IItemProcessor interface. The Client now takes an IItemProcessor in the
test constructor, and the ClientTester provides a FakeItemProcessor. The
FakeItemProcessor runs most (but not all) of the code of the
ItemProcessor on the test thread, thus fixing #180

. I tested this
thoroughly on my machine, both with the test framework and the product.

The ICEMeshPage now has the capability to mark itself as dirty and
persist to an .xml file when the save button is used.

org.eclipse.equinox.security.macosx caused errors in remote executions,
removing it from the launch to fix. Adding bcpkix and bcprov for docker
shaded plugins.
